October is the perfect month for wood-firing up some pizzas with
Northern Fires Pizza, after all it's National Pizza Month! Our friends will be back on site creating mouthwatering pizzas utilizing ALL 3 brands at FOOD BUILDING. Baker's Field Flour & Bread stone-milled flour will be used for dough, Red Table Meat Co.. salumi and The Lone Grazer Creamerymozzarella and fresh ricotta will be used for toppings.
Able Seedhouse & Brewery will be serving up creative brews that showcase locally grown seeds & grains.
The Draft Horse will not only be serving up food and drinks at their bar & restaurant but also outside at the Pizza Farm. And they'll have gluten free options as well!
Bolton Bees will be creating a buzz with their tasty honey and the opportunity to learn more about issues facing pollinators, and why MN-hardy queens and location specific honey is important.
And this month Calvit's Shrubs will be mixing up tasty concoctions for your enjoyment as well.
