Join Red Table Meat Co. for this open-to-the-public event showcasing the whole-hog. You may know our small salumi business for our dry-cured products -- speck, coppa, salami, etc – and now is your chance to try our cooked products.
Come hungry, as Mike and the crew will be grilling up our Garlic Sausage and Red Dogs, topping them with local ferments. Baker's Field Flour & Bread will be supplying naturally-leavened buns and brioche. We will have recipe ideas to keep your grill fired up all season long.

We will CROWN THE MORTADELLA QUEEN

We will pick 3 finalists to share their recipes with us for the Grill Out. The winning recipe will be crowned the Mortadella Queen!
