We recently had the pleasure of hosting the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners / MN Chapter (NAPNAP) at FOOD BUILDING. It was the perfect corporate event space for their conference. The Draft Horse served salumi from Red Table Meat Co., artisan cheeses, and assorted breads from Baker's Field Flour & Bread. Red Table Meat Co. salumi and Baker's Field breads are both produced right here at FOOD BUILDING. The guests remarked how they loved being so close to where the food was made. You can actually see the bread being baked and grain being milled inside Baker's Field's Bakery.
The Draft Horse also served local roasted vegetables, a colorful fruit platter, house made potato crisps, rosemary chicken pancetta skewers, and Baker's Field Rye Chocolate Cookies.
