Tyrone and Steve worked valiantly with the city and regulatory agencies, and we are thrilled to announce that Bakers' Field Flour & Bread is finally under construction at FOOD BUILDING! As we enter Spring 2016 at FOOD BUILDING, life is bustling! Kieran, Mike, and Rueben have each presented at a variety of events around the Twin Cities, and the local love for Red Table Meat Co., The Lone Grazer Creamery, and The Draft Horse continues to grow.
If you thought 2015 was big, 2016 is looking to be an even more exciting year at FOOD BUILDING. Red Table Meat Co. won three awards at the sixth annual Good Food Awards in San Francisco this past weekend (story below). Both The Lone Grazer Creamery and Red Table Meat Co. are continuing to enjoy strong local support, while national demand is increasing for each brand, which means 2016 is looking to be a strong year for more Minnesota foods to be enjoyed across the US.
As the new kid on the block in NE Minneapolis, and as the home of two buzzing food startups (Red Table Meat Co. and The Lone Grazer Creamery), we get lots of people coming by FOOD BUILDING and reaching out online to find out "what the heck is FOOD BUILDING?"
