From Good Food Awards for Red Table Meat Co., to a State Fair Blue Ribbon for The Lone Grazer Creamery, to the launch of Baker's Field Flour & Bread, we've been busy. As we come down from the sugar rush of Halloween, we await eagerly the hearty meals that the coming holidays promise. At FOOD BUILDING we're working closely with our restaurant and retail partners to share our handcrafted salumi, cheese, flour, and bread with as many people as possible during these chilly months.
Summer is coming to a close and things are as busy as ever at FOOD BUILDING! With just a handful of farmers markets left in the season we are starting to look ahead to the Fall and Winter, and it looks like they're going to be a fun few months.
The grain, the stone mill, and the ovens are now all in the building! After years of dreaming and planning, we are just days away from launching Baker's Field Flour & Bread. And with this launch, the FOOD BUILDING trifecta takes shape.
Tyrone and Steve worked valiantly with the city and regulatory agencies, and we are thrilled to announce that Bakers' Field Flour & Bread is finally under construction at FOOD BUILDING! Kieran and Steve signed the lease a few days ago, and the "pleasant hum" of construction equipment is the most recent addition to the FOOD BUILDING buzz.
