FYI, Before your Tour:

  • Production is most active in the morning.

  • Red Table Meat Co. concludes production at 2:30pm, and the whole hogs arrive on Fridays. 

  • Baker's Field Flour & Bread finishes the baking in the early morning and continues to mill flour and complete the mixing and shaping throughout the day.
